Training Plan Generator

Build a training plan that actually fits your season

Whether you’re eyeing a first 200km populaire or working toward a 1200km grande randonnée, the hardest part of Audax training isn’t the riding. It’s knowing how to structure it. Use the generator below to create a free, personalised week-by-week plan based on your goal distance, current fitness, and how many days a week you can realistically ride. It’ll lay out a proper Base → Build → Peak → Taper build-up, complete with long rides, intensity sessions, and recovery weeks, so you show up on the start line prepared rather than guessing.

Plans aren’t set in stone. Life, weather, and legs don’t always cooperate, if you miss a week, don’t try to cram it back in; just pick the plan back up where you are. Consistency over the weeks beats any single “perfect” session. Good luck out there, and see you on the road.
